We are a fully health Lisenced facility/with proper Insurance coverage

for your Safety as well as ours.

ALL MEAL ORDERS WILL BE CHARGED A 20 % SERVICE CHARGE -

This fee covers Local Delivery, use of all chafing dishes, glass bowls, sterling silver platters,

and misc. display items. It does not include gratuity

Listed meal prices are for Buffet Style,

No Server In Attendance

For your tables, chairs, & specialty linen, you may contact the rental company

directly or we can contract them for you.

Please note that our order minimum is $180

 

Plateware/Flatware

   Styrofoam plates, plastic knives & forks, cups, and napkin, are included in meal order.

Also Available:

  Disposable Plastic- 2.50/person (1 dinner & 1 dessert plate. Plastic knife, fork & spoon)

             An attractive, high quality plastic plateware available in clear, black or white  .

   Aromatica’s Rentals - .35 per item

             Clear Glass Plates : Dinner, Dessert or Salad / Stainless Flatware : Knife, Salad fork, Dinner    fork, Teaspoon, Dessert fork/spoon / Glassware :  stemmed Water goblet, Wine or classic Champagne glass (saucer style) & glass Coffee mugs.  

Linens

   Aromatica’s provides white linen for the food and beverage tables only. We can provide  linens for your guest tables at your request - call for current prices.

Employee Fees

   Servers: 15.75 /hour - 6 hr. minimum          BBQ’r 19.50/hour  - 4 hr. minimum .        

   Bartender -  When alcohol is provided by Aromatica’s  19.50/hour- 3 hr minimum .

   Private Contract Bartender -   When alcohol is provided by client 28.00/hour - 3 hr. minimum.

Employees are covered by workers’ compensation, and are paid in accordance to Oregon law.

OUR PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

For catered events of over 50 guests & All Weddings

A $100.00 Non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event date.

(This amount will be credited toward your order)

A Down payment equal to 10% of the estimated total is due upon menu approval

50% of balance is due one month prior to event.

Balance due is to be paid in full no less than two weeks before your event date.

General amendments to your order may be made up to 14 days prior to event.

(This is the amount that will be prepared and charged for)

Within this 14 day window adjustments to your order or increases in quest count are subject to approval. 

 

General guidelines

 

50% deposit (or a credit card on file) is required 2 days (24 hours) prior to your event. Balance of order will be COD (collect on delivery).    A Guaranteed guest count should be entered 3 days prior to event.  General amendments to your order may be made up to 3 days prior to event.  After that time the total guest count may be increased only and is subject to approval. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Cancellations...

... more then 72 hours prior to event will be allowed a Full Refund of total.

... from 72 - 24 hours prior to event are subject to 50 % Charge of total.

... 24 hours, or less, prior to event regrettably are Not Eligible For Refund.
