Salmon en Croute - Salmon and sautéed mushrooms wrapped in pastry. Small-   Large- 

Seafood Newburg - A seafood blend in rich creamy sauce served in a delicate pastry shell -

Filet of Sole- Stuffed with Salmon or Shrimp mix, topped with a savory creamy Florentine sauce.

 

PORK ENTREES

Teriyaki Pork - Marinated tenderloin served with a tangy Teriyaki sauce.  

Pork Sharona - with mustard cream sauce, with fresh tomato wedges & mushrooms 

Apricot Pork Loin Roast- with Apricot Brandy sauce. 

Mango Chutney Pork Loin - Stuffed with mango chutney, sun dried tomatoes,

Vegetable Stroganoff - Sautéed Tofu, mushrooms, broccoli flowerettes , sour cream sauce.  

Lasagna Roll-Ups - Vegetarian lasagna roll ups topped with Marinara or Sherry cream sauce.

Manicotti - Classic manicotti filled with ricotta cheese and vegetables, topped with creamy Champagne sauce.

Pasta Purses - Filled with mushrooms and cheese with your choice of creamy champagne, basil or Marinara sauce.

Slivered New York - New York strip loin sliced thin and topped with Demi Glace. 

Filet Roast - Herb Crusted Filet, baked to perfection and topped with Classic Demi Glace. Market price.

 Beef Bourguignon Vol-au-vent - Wine marinated beef tips in pastry shell. Market price.

Lasagna Roll-Ups - Beef lasagna roll ups topped with Marinara sauce, mozzarella & parmesan cheeses.

Stuffed Bell Peppers - Filled with Spanish rice & beef mixture topped with Marinara Sauce.
