Using Xylitol

 

Sugar Alcohol

                     Sugar alcohol occur naturally in fruits and vegetables.  They have calories, though 

 significantly fewer   

 calories than regular     sugars, because they are not completely absorbed by the body.  This      allow products that use sugar alcohols for  sweeteners to be labeled "sugar free" or reduced calorie.  (Sugar-free does not mean calorie-free)

                     Xylitol is a natural insulin  stabilizer, therefore it doesn't spike in blood sugar and    actually helps reduce sugar and carbohydrate cravings.  Because the body absorbs sugar       alcohols slowly and incompletely they produce a lower blood glucose response and are                   appropriate for diabetics.

                     Xylitol has 40% fewer calories and

75 % fewer carbohydrates than sugar.  Xylitol has a glycemic index of 7 while sugar is 68.

Xylitol was approved by the FDA in 1963 as a food additive and diabetics have been using it for years. 

                     Xylitol has no known toxic levels, though excessive use might cause a mild        laxative effect which resolves as the body's     enzymes activity adjust.  Inject at little more each day, to adjust your system.

Erythritol

 

Due to its clean sweet taste which is very close to sugar taste and its low calorie      content of 0.2 calories per gram  - sugar has 3.75 calories per gram.   Erythritol is an    excellent choice for sugar replacement.  Erythritol is  30% less sweet than sugar.  Erythritol  high         laxation threshold & glycemic   index of nearly zero and clean taste profile set it  apart from, other polyols.  (as sorbitol, maltitol, lactitol, isomalt, xylitol)  The main reason for these unique  properties is the low weight of the  erythritol      molecule.  It is the only polyols with 4 carbons            molecules where as  other      polyols range from 5 to 12         carbon molecules.  The  molecular size is one of the   decisive  factors   determining the fate of the    polyols in the human digestive tract. 

Erythritol is a natural substance, found in grapes, soy sauce, wine and honey.  Erythritol is produced by a natural        microbial fermentation process, in fact it is the only sugar alternative today       produced by such a natural process.  In Japan and USA the product has been   approved for more than a decade.
